For years, I have noted that the most popular page here on this website is the Ascension Symptoms page. And I most often receive questions from all over the world about what is happening – to our Planet, to Humanity, to your body, mind, emotional and vibrational states.
I used to address these issues – and more – on the Radio Show / PodCast. However, I have been wanting to connect more directly with all of you – as the sense of isolation and confusion can be very intense right now as the path of our Awakening continues to accelerate and the Earth- and Soul-Quakes are coming faster and more furiously.
So I am working on launching a series of Q&A / Discussion Gatherings that may occur monthly or maybe even weekly or bi-weekly, to answer your questions and engage in conversation about all things regarding our Awakening Journey – both from the Collective and Individual perspectives. This might will include Vibrational Attunements, Intuitive Readings and even Messages from The Dragons depending upon how the conversation goes and where the energy flows! This is an extremely powerful way to cultivate Common-Unity among us – as so many are craving in these extreme ‘isolating/social distancing’ times.

Looking Through a New Lens at The Corona ‘Virus’– Our Collective Global Activation Experience

A few weeks ago now, as I was listening to the United States Congress speak about America’s first pass at a ‘rescue’ plan, I was wondering how many this ‘virus’ would ultimately impact, how and why – why some and not others, why some more severely than others? All of a sudden I started to receive a download of a great deal of very powerful and potentially controversial information. Before I share what came through, know two things:
First, this information was surprising but also rather freeing and comforting at the same time. You may disagree and that’s okay. However I will ask that you remain open to the message. And if you disagree, that is fine. Perhaps you might keep an open mind or we can agree to disagree.
And second, I do not share this information, nor did I receive it, lightly. These are not platitudes. This is a very critical time in this Awakening – it is, in fact THE pivotal time. It is a marathon, not a sprint. And this time is providing an opportunity to see what is happening from a new perspective, with different eyes.
So, what is exactly happening? This is the Higher Wisdom that came through:
This ‘virus’ is not what most may think it to be. It isn’t about catching something from another. This is, rather, an experience we are all here to have in the process of our Awakening. This is about the flipping on of an inner switch to bring us into alignment individually and globally and onto the next level of our Evolutionary Upshift.
The truth is we all have ‘the virus’, or have the potential for it in our DNA. It is just a matter of ‘Activation’ – who will activate it within themselves, how and to what degree.
After that initial download, I sat further with this information and more continued to pour through me:
This ‘Activation’ depends upon a number of factors – including and involving the biology, psychology, vibrational blueprint and Soul path of both the individual presenting with the virus (at whatever level), and their immediate environment, i.e., their surrounding community, that community’s Collective consciousness, and the higher purpose and Ascension roles that the particular Souls residing in a given area are living into or have agreed upon. That agreement would be part of the prehuman experience of the Soul and their Soul Family and designed to support and assist in our Global Awakening.
Now, this information may be shocking and unsettling for many – particularly on the Human Level. Even as I received some of this information, my Human aspect shuddered because of the massive loss of life in such a terrible manner.It still does. However, there will be those who Know and deeply understand all of what I am sharing – from the Soul Level. You may even feel empowered with a deeper awareness of who and what is really ‘in control’ of this leg of the journey. This ‘virus’ isn’t a disconnected external enemy or an entity separate with all the power. This is ALL of us untangling from an ancient history of existence whose time has ended. This is a true demarcation point where the last vestiges of broken structures and systems are called out and a clearing for a new foundation upon which all New Creation is being laid.
Please also know that I do not share this information to provoke upset, but instead to provide INsight into what is actually happening to us on the cellular, sub-cellular, quantum, sub-quantum and vibrational levels. And – take careful note – this is, by no means, meant to suggest or advise anyone not to listen to our healthcare specialists/doctors and experts or to ignore or thwart the guidelines and governance mandates that have been put in place to keep us healthy. All of it – the distancing, the masks, the isolation quarantine, the perceived shortages of all types, the temporary economic pause, etc., – all of it is critically important and does have a deeper purpose, offering profound gifts and opportunities – and will address this in my next article – which is coming soon.
This is, again, to provide, as I always like to do, a new and different perspective, both outwardly and inwardly, on what is actually happening to the Collective WE, happening to our physical and vibrational selves, our Planet and the Universe, or rather Multiverse, in which we reside.
This Activation is indeed part of our Evolutionary Ascension process and is a tipping point in the metamorphosis of our emerging New World and the New Human we are more and more quickly becoming. I have a strong Knowing that the ‘virus’ will not only profoundly change us emotionally and spiritually, but distinctly physically change us as well, waking up those extra strands of DNA long believed to be, or mislabeled as, ‘Junk.’ These additional 10 strands will help us unlock the key to our Spiritual or Divine Being, re-establishing full connection to and with our entire Chakra system and beyond – enabling complete access to our High Heart, our highest abilities and deepest Truths.
In addition, and quite synchronistically, the ‘symptoms’ that have been identified by those experiencing the ‘virus’ each strike at a core or foundational Chakra in our bodies, causing a transformative altering of our energetic/vibrational, physical and also emotional and psychological make ups through integration and clearing of what no longer serves our Human Being aspect.
Following is a chart of the most familiar basic Chakras and other systems with just some of the ‘symptoms’ experienced in that area of the body and then the Activation that is occurring with the higher Purpose of that Activation. This information in the chart will indeed continue to evolve just as we are evolving moment by moment in this experience.

Activation of the great Contraction before our next wave of Expansion;

Clearing out and opening the Heart, the High Heart / Seat of the Soul for new and greater capacity for and receptivity to pure, genuine, unconditional, Divine Collective and Self Love.
Power Chakra
Sense of loss of Identity or Self
Stripping away of old or false identity and ‘protections’ used for emotionally distancing from others (i.e., figurative walls, shields, masks, vanities, strategies, manipulations, power plays, egoic barriers, etc.) to open access to our naked/true identity, our deep Love and raw Vulnerability.
Fear Anxiety Sense of Scarcity Sense/feeling of Lack –
Individually feeling a lack ofpower, control, ability to make an impact/difference, etc.
Globally experiencing a ‘pandemic of Lack’ – of leadership, cohesion, cooperation, clarity, information, Truth, trust, resources (tests, PPE, ventilators, employment, funding/money, etc.)
Shaking up our sense of what is REALity;
Waking up to our Divine Nature;
Harnessing and redirecting Individual and Collective Fear as a tool and inspired means to impactful, sustainable Change;
Integrating and clearing of the ‘lack and scarcity mentality’ via ‘Shock Progress’ (i.e., dire necessity catalyzing immediate creative response and extreme possibility thinking and execution – giving rise to new understanding of and relationship to true Abundance (of ideas, collaboration, ‘soul’utions, opportunities, etc.) beyond all perceived limitations.
Misuse, abuse and shifting of all Power dynamics –
In ourselves, our relationships (personal and professional), communities and national and international systems
Stripping off/away of our ‘shields’ (i.e., personal and societal guards and protections) to expose Vulnerability as true Strength and authentic Power;
Birthing our New Power model, recognized and utilized as an inner force of Love expressed through uninhibited feelings/emotions;
Shifting from a mindset of what is externally sought to attain/gain/conquer to a ‘heartset’ of what can be internally sown, grown and shared;
Disrupting and flattening of the hierarchical, (i.e., ‘top down,’ totem pole, higher to lower) power paradigm, birthing new forms and styles of dynamic leading, critical thinking and progressive problem solving from a broader, more diverse spectrum of individuals and groups;
Emerging of a new kind of Collaborative Cooperative Leadership (compassionate, transparent, inspired) whose focus is purely on service for the Great Good via conscious ‘soul’utions free from greedy, political or financial agendas.
Sacral / Emotional Chakra

Facilitation of facing and embracing ‘negative’ feelings, ‘inner demons’ and the monkey mind with little/less to no opportunity for bypass via escape, distraction or avoidance;

Clearing and amping or charging up of Pathways, channels and fields for greater fluidity, clarity and speed of exchange, communication, and interactivity through and between all systems in the physical body (i.e., nervous, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, immune, etc.) and those outside the body – energetic/vibrational – (i.e., electromagnetic, Auric Layers/ Bodies – Etheric, Emotional, Mental, Astral, Etheric Template, Celestial/Causal and Spiritual);
Raising of our individual and Collective Vibration and Consciousness
Dissolving of our physical, emotional and vibrational density and perceived creation (manifestation) barriers.
As we learn more about this ‘virus’ – or what I truly feel is our grandest Chrysalis Experience yet, we will come to understand more of the ‘symptoms,’ their corresponding transformative effect and the greater Purpose it provides. But this will require all of us to refocus our awareness and hone our New Vision to experience what is happening to every part of and being on this Planet with and from our Divine Eyes.

The Corona ‘Virus’ is a crucial part of our Evolutionary process, and, yes, it can and will be messy and a rather rough ride at times – from our Human point of view. The Full Moon Solar Eclipse (Mercury and Mars turned retrograde) of 8/1, Lion’s Gate Portal on 8/8 and then New Moon Partial Solar Eclipse on 8/11 has proven to be one of the more physically intense periods of energetic processing that I have experienced in a very long time. Many experienced a type of sickness that I call the ‘Ascension Flu.’This particular string of events for me created some extreme symptoms in the form of: relentless inner body shaking or buzzing, extreme exhaustion, disrupted sleep patterns, a sore/strained throat, headache and sinus congestion due to deepened activation of the third eye, pituitary and pineal glands and throat Chakra, and a rather distressing ache in my joints with s terrible stiffness and throbbing pain in my neck, right arm and leg.
I sought assistance from The Dragons – who were all too happy to provide a relief giving Frequency Attunement. They also gave me an explanation, saying simply, ‘You are shaking out the Trauma.’I then understood. I was integrating and relinquishing all the Trauma from the past – this life and past lives – my own as well as that of Humanity.A BIG job – a LOT of shaking out.
I have studied this. With humans and animals alike, in a healthy integration process, if left to unfold properly, this kind of intense shaking is how the body naturally releases and comes back to homeostasis.
We are a planet in deep breakdown and loss.We are feeling more than ever before – no it is not always pretty how it is being expressed, but that is due to eons of time spent in suppression and avoidance around allowing all feelings and all feelings to be expressed in a healthy fashion.We are grieving the endings and the shock of the clearings as we poise to begin anew. There was and is much shaking out to be done indeed!
I understood too that there was a secondary purpose for what was happening in my body. These particular symptoms – specifically along the right side of my body (the Masculine side in Western thought) were not unfamiliar. I had experienced something similar last year and at that time was given the information that I was processing the ‘death of the old, misused and abused Masculine Energy.’So was this what was happening again?Not this time. Now I was assisting in bringing in and balancing within the body the New Divine Masculine Energy – which will then integrate with or ‘marry’ with the Divine Feminine to bring our beings into Divine Oneness.
However, the ‘old’ is still being rooted out within us (look around, you will see that old dynamic of fear-based power, control kicked up loudly) and the ‘New’ (the collaborative, cooperative, communal) is still needing to be embraced and better understood to be fully integrated – thus this severe discomfort period.And something of note: the physical will be the last aspect to make the move to the higher vibration as it holds the greatest density. The Ego is not far behind – it holds the greatest stubbornness!
This is an extremely sacred, pivotal and breathtaking time of our metamorphosis. The reverberation of which will continue to be felt for some time going forward.We have now crossed over and up into yet another Dimensional Realm of existence holding incredible opportunity and possibility for Higher Conscious Creation.
For those in this role of assisting, transmuting and, as I like to say, ‘filtering’ for others on the path – the journey continues and the road will still be rocky, so the process of sifting and filtering will continue. Go with gentle ease and grace – Fly!

I was awakened by the Moon for many nights before the historic Full Lunar eclipse of July. Being a Moon Child, this is not uncommon. The Moon speaks to us – if we are tuned in and choose to listen.
I took this image (of the Moon and Mars to its left) one night before the eclipse event when I woke up to the extreme buzzing in my being and subsequent glow outside on the patio summoning me for a peek.Good thing I listened and snapped this shot because the next night the energies were so incredibly intense during the eclipse timeframe – the barometric pressure dropped, clouds rolled in and a huge thunderstorm crashed its way through the entire thing – making any chance of a photo impossible.
The eclipse itself was not visible here in the US, but the intensity certainly was felt – and continues to be so in the waves of reverberation in these days after. BIG ENERGY! Can you feel it? ?
The opening of the Lion’s Gate, two other eclipses (solar and lunar) and both Mercury and Mars turning retrograde has only compounded the vibrational punch this lunar event packed for us.This was one of the most powerful energetic events yet creating a reset for the Self and the space around us.
You may feel exhausted, like you were hit by a truck. Your body may be buzzing and your neck may be stiff with joints, neck and knees aching.Your head may be stuffed and hurting. You may find your heart racing and it may be difficult to breathe. You may find it impossible to form a thought, to feel productive or desirous of achieving.And you may simple be keenly aware that you no longer feel like YOU.
These are just a few, yes, few, of the ‘symptoms’ you will experience with such an extreme downloading of new encodings of Light Frequencies and an upgrading of our cellular make-up and Dimensional space.Your time to integrate this depends upon your own place along the continuum of your level of consciousness.Wherever you are, be patient and gentle with yourself.It will get easier.You will feel better.But if you push, you will feel a push back – trust this.So allow.

You have just observed the event you call World Wildlife Day. We want to put emphasis on this celebration for two reasons.
First, you must take note, not just on one day, but on all days, of your sacred animal beings to honor and guard over them and their habitat – for they share it with you. Their space is your space. On the process of Coming to Wholeness (referred to, but not the same as, healing in 3D):
During a recent Dragon Frequency Attunement for Wholeness session with an animal companion who has been experiencing a physical illness, I was looking for that label, some specific recognizable ‘thing’ that was ‘the cause’ or issue. It turned out the label I got was incorrect and I asked The Dragons about this since the session seemed to go well and be very powerful for the animal. And what did I need to understand at a deeper level?
Their answer emerged as a kind of exchange with me, but reads as a response. Here is what came through:
The human need for a label of what is going on in the physical form is inconsequential. The label – or knowing ‘what it is’ or ‘what to call it’, what you call ’cause,’ is not necessary and slows the process.
In human terms, it limits you and has you imprint thought, emotion, words, concepts, a shower of history – a flood of vibrational information onto your DNA that stagnates and/or blocks the Wholeness process [in other words, your mind grabs the label and signals the body to now ‘wear’ it.]. Human being has great trouble believing you can remove that label or shift or even reverse any dis-ease or illness. And the search for answers becomes a mental exercise. Move to the Heart and its Wisdom and let the body be the guide and draw The Frequency. That is all you need to do.
We see you in Fractals. The Fractal we worked with (referring to our session with the animal) was what was needed. Do not concern yourself with labels.
Simply keep visualizing and feeling into the physical form as Pristine Wholeness – seeing and experiencing each part and the Whole as clean and clear. This is key. Anytime you do otherwise, you imprint on that.

We are moving through a very significant Vibrational Gateway this weekend: May 19th – 21st.
Another significant influx of energies coming in and a powerful opportunity of integration for Change being offered up – aka letting go of old 3D ‘programming’ and the ‘choice’ (more like push!) to practice higher multi-dimensional ‘ways’ more consistently to root them in our daily existence.
Common symptoms you may be experiencing, or perhaps have been experiencing in preparation in the week or so prior, include – but are not limited to:
– Restless sleep and waking in the middle of the night – A feeling of anxiety or ‘vibing’ high or buzzing in your body – ‘Monkey Mind’ – racing thoughts, difficulty quieting the mind – Extreme emotional highs and lows/mood swings/temper snaps – in fact, some are feeling that familiar feeling of ‘being done,’ having no purpose or wanting to leave the planet – A revisiting of childhood wounds/old issues you thought you had ‘healed’ – Ravenous hunger and/or specific food cravings – Sudden exhaustion and need to nap or sleep deeply – Intense, vivid dreams – some include Dragons – Headaches – Vision deterioration – Low back ache – Neck and spine aches and stiffness – And, overall, what may appear to be hormones going wild or ‘out of whack’ – i.e., cramping, menstrual cycles starting too early or lasting too long, night sweats, body temperature swings from hot to cold or just a sense of ‘being hot’
The information received about theses symptoms and how closely they mimicked hormonal imbalance indicated that this was a first and second Chakra recalibration. The first or Root Chakra being ‘our right to be here’ and the second or Sacral Chakra being our emotional and creation/procreation center.
As we are moving into full understanding of Who we are and needing to take our rightful place as Sovereign Beings in Common Unity, the Root Chakra must open, integrate and recalibrate our vibrational essence to align with this Truth.
As we come to know ourselves as Divine God-Source Beings, our Creation Power must also be understood – and accessible. Therefore the Sacral area where we physically understand our creative power as humans is being amplified with new and higher Frequencies as we assimilate the greater Wisdom of ourselves as not only the birthers of our species but Birthers/ReBirthers of a New and Higher Humanity, a New World and a Multidimensional Collective Consciousness spanning unprecedented layers and levels of existence.

On current times, perceived upsets and much ground shaking:

I asked The Dragons about so many who, in the past several months, have been sick or under the weather, are currently experiencing a lack of well-being or just recovering for some sort of ‘illness.’
Their response:
You are not ‘sick’. You are rearranging your ‘what is you,’ your make-up, your Being, the very molecules of your Essence.You are sparking up your ‘spark’le. The rate of which is only mounting in intensity.
And when the buzz settles down withIN, your Brilliance will be seen – and felt.

I recently heard that Dragons are here to help us move beyond our Fear. I decided to ask The Dragons about this as this did not sit as truth within me.
Dragons do not relate to Fear as we Humans do. They feel or experience ‘Truth,’ they feel ‘What is’ – the Whole or Wholeness of the experience. So they feel what we call Fear – and every other ’emotion or feeling’ on the spectrum – but have no concern that it means there is something wrong, is something not to be felt or something to get rid of, move beyond or transcend lest it bring ‘negative’ consequences.
“You humans, in your duality, try to determine ‘What is’ based in judgment of better than, worse than. There is not that. Just the ‘Truth of the Now Moment’ or ‘What is’ and the embracing of the whole or wholeness of that experience.
In experiencing this Truth, feeling the ‘What is’ full force in the Now, you will experience your true or authentic Life. You will experience the colors that enrich that Life. By feeling or allowing in such Truth, allowing it in to the deepest crevices of your Heart, in to the place that houses the spark of your very Soul, without a need to resist, rework, block or deny, its challenges will hold no more power over you, but its gifts will sweeten that experience and become part of what feeds the Fire of your expanding Spirit.”
Here is a sneak peek at my sense of what the New Year holds and I would like to share it with you – those here on this planet at such a pivotal time in our history and those who are walking the intense path – as we do so together:
2016 is going to be a time of Magic – get ready to Know and see beyond belief!, Manifestation – now that we are shedding and integrating what did not serve us – and if we have done the work – we will truly begin to learn how to use our power to create, and Miracles – we will see and experience more Light and Love in the world if we attune our Hearts and open our eyes to it now.
