So why not send yourself a lovely card, some beautiful flowers, your favorite candy, a big hug, a day off – or, better yet, simply give to yourself what most tend to look to receive from another – infinite and absolute self appreciation, validation, acknowledgement, gratitude, acceptance, forgiveness and LOVE – without conditions. What a gift to the Heart that would be.
